ABOUT OUR HOME

  • 2 - 1/2 Bathrooms

  • The Master Bedroom on the first floor has a king-size bed with a master bathroom and master closet

  • Bedroom 2 is on the second floor and has a queen bed

  • Bedroom 3 is on the second floor and has a twin bed and a full bed

  • Bonus room has a large-screen TV and a leather futon couch that can be used as a fourth bedroom

  • Washer & Dryer

  • The outside patio has four Adirondack chairs

  • Parking for two vehicles

  • Garage has beach chairs and umbrellas for use

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Linens and towels are provided. You are expected to strip your bedding and make the beds with fresh sheets before you leave. Wash the dirty linens and towels and place them in the appropriate bedroom closets for the next guest to use.

Please clean all dishes, glasses, and utensils and put them away. DO NOT LEAVE DIRTY DISHES IN THE SINK OR DISHWASHER.

Remove and throw away all perishable food from the refrigerator. 

Vacuum all rooms and clean bathrooms.

In the summer, set the thermostat to 74. In the winter, set the thermostat to 66.
